Developing Adaptability as a Manager
This learning module by Dorie Clark was helpful resource I will be able to use when I start my career. This module helped develop my professional skills because it taught me what it is like to be a leader and how you are supposed to listen to those you are working with. There were different scenarios and what you should do in each situation to show your colleagues your are listening and considering their ideas.
