Service Receptionist/Valet
I started working at this Job in July. I would assist customers by setting up their appointments and helping them find their vehicles. I would also initiate the transactions after their vehicle has been serviced on. Also, I was in charge of the cash drawer and recording the beginning of they day’s balance and the end of the day. This job taught me how to manage my time better, work with customers face to face, and handle money correctly. I could not find an offer letter from them(I think they just called me and offered the job) however my screenshot is showing that they added me to the employee self-service portal.
