Since May of 2013, I have been working as the Digital Marketing/IT Specialist at a customer service software company, LiveHelpNow. LiveHelpNow has developed a full suite of help desk software to enhance the business to customer experience. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, I am tasked with writing for and maintaining the company blog, coming up with innovative marketing initiatives, maintaining the company’s Google AdWords account and suggesting and providing content for the website.
