Career Ambassador
As a Career Ambassador, I supported daily operations by managing appointment scheduling, tracking student engagement, and responding to inquiries from students, employers, and alumni. I helped maintain accurate records and ensured efficient communication between staff and employers. I also contributed to outreach and event initiatives by taking LinkedIn headshots and creating promotional materials in Canva to increase student participation. In addition, I supported large-scale events such as Admitted Students Days and GradFest by assisting with logistics and engaging over 500 prospective students and families. This role strengthened my organizational skills and reinforced the importance of data accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication in a professional setting.
