Student Worker
I worked as a student worker in Temple University’s Information Technology Service: Client Services department where I did Helpdesk work assisting Temple University employees who had technical issues with their computers, printers, and who had a variety of other technology concerns. Here I learned how to troubleshoot and think of how to solve problems that wouldn’t be solved upfront.
