Nutrition Care Lead
Since June 2022, I have grown within the Foulkeways community, starting as a food server before being promoted to Nutrition Care Lead in August 2024. In this leadership role, I bridge the gap between clinical dietary requirements and a high-quality dining experience, ensuring that residents receive personalized care that respects both their nutritional needs and their preferences. I focus on streamlining meal service operations while maintaining a warm, human connection with the residents I serve every day.
