Personal Branding Workshop
This event was sponsored by Blackstone LaunchPad and was held in the afternoon in the Student Center by the bookstore.
- At this event I learned how to asses my own qualities from my own perspective, what others would think of me, and how I would like to be perceived. I learned that selling yourself is an everyday activity and affects how you are perceived. That your own brand is as important as the brand of a company and how I must sell myself in the first few seconds when meeting someone. Overall, I came to the conclusion that marketing myself is an essential activity that I must practice in order to market myself whether walking in the streets or in an interview with an employer.
