Busser      

• Clear unwanted food and drink from multiple tables of up to 25 people at events, usually weddings, from anywhere from 100 to 700 people.
• Completing various set up jobs for the event such as polishing steak knives, placing tray jacks and bus bins at a convenient place so that all bussers and servers can use them to clear tables, assembling coffee trays for anyone who may want coffee throughout the event.

•  travel to different venues/festivals across the country to assure that the mass quantities of arrivals are parked in an organized and efficient manner.
• direct arriving parties where to park in order to preserve an organized alignment with remaining fire lanes in case of emergency.
