Operations Data Analyst
In my role as a data transformation analyst in the US Private Bank at JPMorgan Chase, I worked across cross functional teams and with executive stakeholders to analyze, document, and automate data processes for streamlined reporting and increased organization efficiency, saving ~ 8 hours of manual work per day and decreasing human error. I used tools including Tableau, Alteryx, and Python to build ETL pipelines and create self serving dashboards to communicate critical business insights for the organization’s digital transformation strategy and progress. Additionally, I worked with Meta’s Ilama model to develop a vector database and finetune the model to be trained on proprietary information to assist bankers with risk assesments and plans.
