Hobbies and Interests
IT in the Business World
I am interested in design and online marketing and surveying strategies. I have been very interested in politics since the beginning of High School 7 years ago and listening to Jon Stewart. I have been thoroughly interested in the political system and looking for reform.
I am also astounded by the business value management information systems and the integration of IT into the business world. I am intrigued also by the security of all the data that is gathered in the business world and how we can make that data and other business transactions safer for the consumer as well as the producer. I believe the application of analytics into other fields such as sports, business, and other real life scenarios and very insightful which is another hobby I enjoy researching.
Data and Sports
My other various hobbies include things being a devout Philadelphia sports fan like many others in the city. I often enjoy keeping track of the statistics of each teams and how each player is doing based on averages, who the other team is, and the various positions the play is done or where the ball is hit. I plan to use this research to further look into the predictive analytics used by professional teams.
Singing
I also enjoy singing and being able to create music from your own personal sound. Growing up I was in my church choir and school choir since 6th grade of middle school. When I joined the choir in my high school, I was able to audition and join my honor choir. It was sophomore year that I became of the youngest bass section leader for my high school choir and honor choir. I enjoyed the leadership opportunity it created for me to train other basses in helping to become more confident in their own singing through vocal training.
