New Cybersecurity Reporting Roles
This webinar covers new rules that expand cybersecurity compliance obligations for public companies, registered investment advisers (RIAs), investment companies, broker-dealers and other entities. My role as as a viewer of the lecture. The webinar was a lecture about different cybersecurity roles and data privacy laws that affect different states. I learned that, sadly, Pennsylvania does not have as strong data privacy laws as a select amount of other states, which makes me want to move to one of them, California. It was presented by Thy Nguyen.
