I managed customer requests and complaints, collaborating with my team to find solutions. In my leadership role, I oversaw my peers, providing guidance to ensure smooth operations, with a strong focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction. I also earned the opportunity to develop my proficiency in Excel by creating a system to record and distribute daily tips based on staff schedules for management.
