One skill I have been attempting to perfect is how to communicate effectively and efficiently. This LinkedIn Learning course highlights seven relationship-building skills in the professional world. One skill that stood out to me is carrying yourself with confidence through written emails as well as in-person communications. I noticed that I used to lack confidence writing emails to business professionals due to intimidation. This course enforced what I was taught in my Business Communications course at Temple, and I will implement these skills overtime in my daily life.
