Mentorship Program Reflection
I had a very positive experience with the mentorship program. I appreciated the meetings with my respected mentor David, and he provided clarifications of where it was needed. He sent me feedback on my resume and wrote a whole plan for me to earn PRO points. It is definitely a very valuable tool to have someone within the MIS department to help guide me and give you the help I needed. Generally, I’m making the most of my involvement in the mentorship program and can see myself taking an interest in becoming a mentor in the near future.
