Manager
This past semester, apart from my academic career at Temple, I also pursued a part-time professional experience as a manager at NAM Vietnamese Kitchen. My responsibilities included customer service, inventory, and financial management, in addition to overseeing day-to-day tasks, team performance, as well as the hiring and training processes. From this experience, I was able to build soft skills pertaining to team management, handle upper level management responsibilities, as well as utilize the decision making process in a real world context.
