My responsibilities included managing high-volume foot traffic, handling hundreds of transactions, and monitoring inventory in real time to minimize stock outs and maintain accuracy. To succeed, I had to adapt quickly to changing event layouts, communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, and collaborate with team members under tight timelines. This experience not only strengthened my customer service and organizational abilities but also developed transferable skills such as problem-solving, data accuracy, and communication.
