During this time I provided technical assistance and troubleshot hardware and software issues, responded to user inquires and delivered effective IT support solutions, documented service requests and resolutions within the company\\&#8217;s ticketing system, contributed to process improvement initiatives. I was given real experience in a corporate environment to see how business operate on the day to day. I was also given great insight into cybersecurity and data governance for companies like banks while also being given first hand experience in a corporate structure with Salesforce, ticketing systems, Active Directory, Citrix, and many Cisco applications\/software.
