As a sophomore at Temple University, I am currently taking Information Systems in Organizations. So far, I have completed three projects. In my first project, Business Applications, I learned how firms managed relationships with existing or potential customers through a Customer Relationship Management system, how to use a Decision Support System to figure out which pricing strategy was the best to use out of four recommendations, and utilizing a pivot table in Microsoft Excel to sort through data in order to answer key questions. In my second project, SAP, I learned how to process a sales order, and I learned how to create organizational structures in an Human Resource exercise. In my third project, I learned how to make an e-portfolio and upload it to Google Analytics.
