Office Assistant
I am currently an office assistant at Morgan Hall North. I have been working as one since March of 2012. What I do is provide general clerical and office support, answer and direct telephone inquiries, greet visitors, and respond to questions for residents that live in the 27-story building. This job requires me to be able to communicate in a clear and friendly manner and provide basic customer service to the residents.
Mentor
I previously worked at Kumon Learning Center as a mentor. I worked with the kids to develop their math and reading skills. Each student is given a packet of worksheets to complete depending on what grade and what level they tested into. After they completed their work it would be checked by a mentor and given a grade and from there if they got questions wrong they would have to correct it until all the answers were right.
