Guest Services Associate
I have been a Guest Services Associate at the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia location with Towne Park since January of 2023. My main duties in this role include greeting and interacting with guests, documenting vehicle damages, and parking and retrieving vehicles for guests in a responsible but timely manner. I have also taken the time to learn how to use Towne Park’s computer system and database, which allows me to enter in all vehicle information (plate number, location, color, make, model, etc), link vehicles to room numbers to ensure a smooth checkout process for guests, and lookup vehicles in our database by last name, phone number, room number, or any other available information. My communication skills have greatly increased due to this role. Not only being cordial with guests, but also effectively communicating with the other 3 hotel departments that also work on the front drive. I believe my willingness to learn our computer system and database is another transferrable skill that I have benefited greatly from as well.
