Cadet Executive Officer (ROTC)
For Temple Reserves Officer Training Corps (ROTC), my responsibility was to be an executive officer for an organization of over 105 students throughout the 2024 Spring semester. I learned about how to work effectively in a small team of 7 pertaining to logistics, technology, finance, and operations. I learned about how to coordinate and manage large events that occurred for multiple days. In the future, I want to be a business owner of real estate and entertainment establishments therefore this experience of overseeing an organization of over 100 people will help me build the necessary skillsets and career knowledge.
