5. I learned about how to effectively manage and lead a team for a collaborative project. I was taught the first steps to take when meeting a team that you will manage. I also learned the different key motivators that will encourage a high-performing team and how to apply them.
6. I would like to be a project manager in the future so this course relates to my career goals. I will have to know how to efficiently work with a group and lead them to perform well.
