Temple University
I started at the Fox School of Business in Fall of 2012 as a finance major. Originally, my choice of major was simply a stop gap, as I knew I wanted to do something regarding corporate management, but I didn’t know what exactly. I fully planned on changing my major coming into Fox. However, once I dived into the finance curriculum, I instantly fell in love. I found I had a deep infatuation with market theory and investment research, and immediately made it my goal to work in the investment finance field. Furthermore, through my experience with the Temple University Investment Association, I found that investor relations would allow me to both pursue a career in investment finance, and apply my innate communication ability toward my passion.
Through the two years I have attended Fox, I have made a concerted effort to be as active in the Fox school community as possible. I have am currently a Associate Analyst in the William C. Dunkelberg Owl Fund, a Fundraising chair for the Business Honors Student Association, and I was recently featured in the Fox School’s undergraduate BBA marketing campaign. Through my multiple involvements, I have learned the valuable skills of time management and work ethic, and I hope to apply these skills in my future professional career.
