Panel Discussion: The State of Cyber Security in Philadelphia
This event took place at Drexel University for Tech Week
At this panel discussion, there were 4 speakers, that discussed not only the current state of Cyber Security in Philadelphia but also what kind of person it takes to work in the Cyber Security Industry, their opinions on the recent rise of data breaches, and how people can leverage their network to find career opportunities in Cyber Security.
This panel was valuable for me as Cyber Security plays a major role in the Management Information Systems field. It is a career path that someone of this major may pursue and I myself am considering. I was able to learn about what kind of experience I may want to obtain if I want to pursue this career path.
