Director of STARS
As the STARS Director for the Temple University Community Service Association, I was responsible for ensuring the organization maintained its 4 STAR status by coordinating member participation in required workshops, trainings, and campus events. This status not only recognized our commitment to leadership, service, and diversity but also allowed TUCSA to receive greater funding and university support. I rebuilt the program by organizing and tracking member engagement and strengthening our relationship with Student Activities. This role enhanced my organizational, leadership, and advocacy skills—tools I plan to apply in my future career to help build inclusive, impactful environments.
