Summer 2015 Internship

 

 

For Summer 2015 I worked for ReminderMedia as a Business Development Intern. I worked full-time for the duration of Summer 2015. ReminderMedia provides unique and top-of-the-line client follow-up tools for many industries, such as its American Lifestyle publication. As a Business Development Intern, I cleaned and reformatted lists of existing data, generated reports and statistical analyses, and gathered and inputted information from the web into their CRM (Customer Relationship Manager). I assisted the Business Intelligence team by gathering, extracting, and reformatting data from the web to provide lucrative leads for the sales team. I was also selected to accomplish 4 time-sensitive projects for the CEO to clean and correct confidential information within the CRM to assist him in his pursuit of revenue-generating opportunities. I learned a lot throughout my internship at ReminderMedia. I participated in Daily Discussions, Weekly Manager Presentations (including the CEO and COO), and Professional Development Activities. I learned that hard work pays off, always try your best, ask questions, continue to challenge yourself, be passionate, and be proactive in the workplace. My internship experience was fantastic, I expanded my network, and learned many important things that will help me in my professional career as an emerging young business professional.
