At Temple, I am a member of both the University Honors Program, as well as the Fox Honors Program. \u00a0As part of this Honors program, I’ve had the opportunity to live in an Honors Living Learning Community, participate in Fox Honors activities and workshops, and I’ve served as a HATT – Honors Admissions and Transitions Team. \u00a0As a HATT, I had the duty of taking prospective students on tours, answering their questions, and offering them my experience and advice.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

When I became an MIS major, I also became a member of Temple’s Student Professional Organization for the MIS major – the Association for Information Systems. AIS has weekly meetings, professional development seminars, networking opportunities, and social events.<\/p>\n

In addition to be a member of Fox Honors, I’ve also been a member of the Business Honors Student Association – a Student Professional Organization exclusively for members of Fox Honors. \u00a0Being in BHSA means access to networking events, resume workshops, and community service opportunities, just to name a few examples.<\/p>\n

Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity is another Student Professional Organization that I’ve been apart of while at Temple. \u00a0During my sophomore year, I took over as Membership Chair, a role that involved recruiting new members, and giving the best possible experience for current members.<\/p>\n

Another unique experience I had during my freshman year was co-founding my own club. \u00a0The goal of the Health and Fitness Club is to bring together Temple students who are concerned with living their best life by exercising, eating right, and taking care of their bodies. \u00a0I was the club’s first Vice President. I’m also an active member and student leader at Temple’s Newman Center, which is the Catholic Community for students on campus. \u00a0I lead a bible study, participate in social events, and serve the community with various service projects and events.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
