Professional Receivables Network – Billing Administrator
My daily responsibilities included the creation and processing of both hospital and physician bills for all major hospital systems in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. I assisted the senior data analyst at PRN in automating several office functions to increase productivity and system efficiency. Using Microsoft SQL, we were able to successfully code an automated process to populate UB-04 and HCFA-1500 forms with appropriate diagnostic coding, post payments to patient accounts, and resubmit denied claims with the appropriate appeal form.
