Information Technology Assistant
MIS 2101 (Digital Systems) ITA
In my role as an Information Technology Assistant, I am given the responsibility to assist the Professor and the students with hands-on technology support as well as guide students through in-class activities. This includes guiding them through new applications they were unfamiliar with and providing help in other areas. My role also includes assisting professors in proctoring exams and maintaining honesty with the students in an academic setting. I have learnt how to communicate and guide people through this role as an ITA.
