Project Management: Technical Projects
Through this LinkedIn Learning course, I have developed a stronger understanding of the processes of project management, especially in technical project fields. I learnt how to effectively pick between different project management methods, such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid, in order to meet the stakeholder and project needs. During the course, there was heavy emphasis on implementations and the most efficient ways to do these in order to satisfy the customer. It is also important to understand that the role of a project manager goes beyond creating the project, as they also have to train, test, and receive customer feedback to upgrade the project. Being able to take into consideration that some stakeholders might be in different time zones is also very important to consider to cater for every ones needs.
