Fulltime Systems Administrator with CSL Behring
I accepted a full time position with CSL Behring in March of 2013. CSL Behring is a global Biopharmaceutical company based in Australia, whth manufacturing facilities in Marburg Germany, Bern Switzerland, Broadmeadows Australia and Kankakee Illinois, as well as hundreds of plasma collection facilities throughout the world.
I started as a systems administrator in the Windows enterprise group. I have since made an internal move to the Linux/Virtualization group. My daily responsibilities include:
- Patch Management of vmware and ucs blade clusters
- Physical installation and management of HP Proliant and Cisco UCS blade servers
- Install standard host image
- manage host profiles
- add memory, processor and storage as needed.

- Virtual server support
- Backup
- Provision new
- Manage Resources
- Support VMWare testing and version upgrades
- Support SRM, follow the sun support as well as on call rotation.

- Update Current
- Create new for additional processes or new applications.
