Institute for Management Accountants-Temple (IMA-T)

I am a member of Temple University’s Institute for Management Accountants, a student professional organization within the Fox School of Business.  IMA-T provides students with the opportunity to gain exposure to network with other students and professionals.  IMA-T provides its members with career advice and opportunities in the business (accounting specific) field.  IMA-T meetings are generally held weekly throughout the duration of each semester.

Temple University Women’s Rowing

I am a member of Temple University’s Division I Women’s Rowing team, to which I devote 20 hours per week.  We compete in the American Athletic Conference, and also competitively against other Philadelphia area colleges and universities.

Accomplishments:

Spring 2014:

Stroke seat of the Varsity 4 B that placed 3^rd at 2014 Season Opener.

Fall 2013:

Stroke seat of the JV 8+ that placed 8^th in Navy Day Regatta.

Seat 4 of the Open/Collegiate 8+ B that placed 12^th in Navy Day Regatta.

Stroke seat of the College/Open Club 8+ that placed 8^th in Head of the Schuylkill Regatta.

FALL 2012: 

Seat 6 of the “B” Junior Varsity 8 that placed 10^th at the Historic Navy Day Regatta.

Stroke seat of the “A” Collegiate 8 that placed 2nd at the Philadelphia Children’s Foundation.

Seat 6 of the “A” Open Club 8 that placed 22^nd at the Head of Schuylkill Hill Regatta.

SPRING 2012: 

Seat 4 of the B Freshman/Novice 8 at the 30^th Memorial Murphy Cup.

Seat 5 of the Freshman/Novice 8 that placed 3rd at the Temple Regatta. 

Seat 6 of the Frosh/Novice 8 that placeed 4^th at the Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta Preliminaries.
