HIGH SCHOOL:
I am a graduate of Emmaus High School in Emmaus, PA! It was there that I first became aware of my love for numbers, helping me realize that I wanted to embark on a career to become a Certified Public Accountant. Also, through the advice and assistance of my teachers, I became involved in the National Honor Society. As a member, I tutored students in areas such as math, science, and social studies, helping them to achieve success in subjects that they struggled with. Upon graduation I was fortunate enough to be one of the recipients of the Impress Packaging Leadership Scholarship, helping me towards college.

COLLEGE:
I am currently a junior in the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Knowing that I wanted to pursue a career in accounting, I decided to come to Temple not only because of the business school’s prestigious reputation, but also because of its location. Being that Temple is in the heart of Philadelphia, it has provided me with a wealth of diverse and exciting business opportunities that I would not have gotten coming from the small, close-knit, suburb of Alburtis, PA. Thus far, the classes I have taken have prepared me to contribute to any firm and add value to the professional workforce. I hold a 3.99 cumulative GPA, will graduate in May 2015 with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Finance, and will complete the MAcc program in May 2016 with 150 credits, making me CPA eligible.
Currently I am enrolled in: Intermediate Accounting II, Business Communications, Corporate Finance, Management Information Systems, and Operations Management.
