Entrepreneurial Student Association
I joined ESA in my first year at temple.
- Future Franklins- A group that I founded based around brainstorming and ideation where students can learn how to and improve their brainstorming and leadership skills to become a valuable member of any team that they join. I learned a lot about managing and motivating people from this experience.
- Vice President- My main focus was to develop three ideas and create Kickstarter videos for them to gain funding through crowd sourcing. I learned a lot about project management from this experience.
- President- I was left with nothing in the beginning and had to build the organization up from the ashes. I treated it as my own start up. I had to hire people, structure the organization, add value to members, network with a lot of people, find speakers, funding, internships, etc.
