I am the kind of person that would rather create than buy, which is why I started to make beer. I found out that my cousins brewed so I borrowed their supplies, read a few books, and started. Now I have made a hefeweizen, oatmeal stout, pale ale, IPA, pumpkin ale, cider, then moved to allgrain brewing and made a Belgian tripel, witbier, dragonfruit wheat, and oatmeal stout.
