Remotely put distressed housing under contract and resold it to buyers in Cleveland.
Replaced roofs, refinished basements, build in ground and above ground patios, the list does not stop.
Worked maintenance at a condominium association for 8 years hopping on this tractor every morning 8-4:30 doing every task from ripping out bushes-power washing-fixing gutters-painting-snowblowing. Learned what a long days work means.
Worked at the Creperie at Temple and made Crepes for those hard working hungry students.
Banquet served for a few years at an upscale banquet hall. (not me)
