IBIT Mentoring Program
As part of the IBIT Mentoring Program, I was lucky to be mentored by two amazing professionals—Chris Cera, CEO of Arcweb Technologies (Fall 2024), and Andrea Anania, former EVP & CIO of Cigna (Spring 2025). They gave me great advice on everything from preparing for my internship to figuring out what opportunities to pursue and how to start building the career I want. Talking with them helped me better understand what it’s really like working in the industry and how to make decisions that align with my goals. I’ve learned a lot from both of them and plan to keep in touch as I continue to grow professionally.
