WLSP: Product Management in AI

As an attendee, I learned about various aspects of artificial intelligence, including its benefits such as enhanced reliability, predictability, process upgrades, and improved work quality. The discussion also addressed the ethical considerations, biases, and privacy concerns associated with AI, acknowledging the potential impact on employment. During the webinar, I engaged by posing a question on what considerations are crucial when delivering new features in an AI product. The speaker, Jenn Wong, answered that it’s essential to prioritize user needs, ensure seamless integration, and conduct thorough testing to address potential biases or errors. As AI becomes a focal point in our education and careers, understanding its nuances is crucial.
