- Chipotle (Temple University): Customer Service Associate. Primary duties consisted of: taking orders, preparing meals, packaging food and ringing up purchases.
- World of Imagination Daycare (Whitehall, PA): Teacher. Responsible for monitoring the safety of children, preparing meals and maintaining a consistent schedule for the children.
- Pizza Hut (Whitehall, PA): Delivery Driver. Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering food to customers in a safe and timely fashion. Reviewed orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the charges are correct.
- Wawa (Whitehall, PA): Customer Service Associate. Completed a variety of tasks including: customer service, food and beverage preparation, cash register duties, general housekeeping and other related functions.
- Bed Bath & Beyond (Whitehall, PA): Customer Service Trainer. Was responsible for duties pertaining to our gift registry program. Would travel to bridal shows, promote registry events and file information into the store’s database.
- Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom (Allentown, PA): Admissions. Met and greeted guests entering and exiting the park. Distributed information pamphlets describing features of the park and special events. Gave concise directions when needed. Interpreted and analyzed guest needs and provided solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
