Travel
I didn’t have the opportunity to really travel until this past fall when I spent a semester in Rome, Italy. During my time abroad, I traveled to many different cities across 7 countries. I experienced many different cultures, and even visited international headquarters for companies such as Bloomberg and EBRD.Traveling gives people the opportunity to explore other ways of living.
Music
The first show I ever went to was Jimmy Buffett. I was 12 and my parents took me after months of begging. Looking back on it, they probably wish they never did because for years before I got my driver’s license, they drove me all over to see my favorite bands. The atmosphere of being surrounded by fans is surreal. Music has the power to bring people together and inspire them. I consistently have my headphones in while doing work. Living in Philadelphia has given me the opportunity to further my hobby because of my close proximity to music venues, as well as access to the local music scene.
