Analyst
- Multiplan is a healthcare focused technology company with 2,500 + employees, based in NYC. I will be working in the technology department in the Technology Leadership Development program as an analyst.
- The TLP (Technology Leadership Program) is a 3 year rotational program. Each year you can pick a different role within the technology services:Project Management/Business Analysis, Service Management/DevOps, Information Security/Risk Management, Database Administration -Oracle and SQL Server, Claims Processing/EDI, Business Operations, Data Science/Machine Learning, Monitoring & Middleware, Data Communication & Performance Monitoring, Application Development—Java Web Services, Full Stack Java, Microsoft.NET, Out of Network Services. After 3 years of developing my technology and leadership skills I will choose which role I want to pursue permanently.
- This job will utilize skills I have learned in the MIS curriculum throughout my time at Temple. MIS 2402 & 3502 have taught me the necessary skills in web development, MIS 2502 & 3502 helped me develop a background in server management/SQL. MIS 4596 taught me cybersecurity/risk management skills that will be crucial if I am in the Information Security/Risk management rotation. The knowledge I obtained from MIS 3502& 3406 helped me answer coding and technical questions in my interviews.
