I learned you start with a clear goal, then connect channels like social, email, SEO, and the website so they’re all saying the same thing to the same audience.

I’m still a little confused on how to perfectly line everything up, but I get now that consistency, tracking results, and tweaking based on the data are a big part of making it actually work.
