Technical Support – Temple University Help Desk Office

At this job i am responsible for troubleshooting all software related issues for Staff, Students  and Alumni’s Technological Gadgets and i manage All members  Accounts in relation to their password resets, Account activations and  Multi Factor authentication. This job relates to my MIS Major as it pertains to information technology and relates to using digital platforms within the workplace to troubleshoot business related problems.
