The Opportunity

Our group has identified a severe gap in the mobile gaming industry that has yet to be exploited.  As the dependency on smart phones is on the rise, the usage of mobile gaming applications to combat boredom that strikes throughout the day has been on the rise as well.  Last Fan Standing provides our consumers with the opportunity to compete in a game of chance that will fully test their respective sports knowledge, while allowing them to monetize their efforts throughout.

After reviewing both the mobile application and desktop web based gaming industry throughout 2013 and 2014, studies have proven that each year mobile gaming applications are gaining more traction in this space.  There was a slight jump between years 2013 and 2014, and the expectation is for this trend to continue for years to come.

As our model has been developed for sports related quizzes, there is essentially no limit to where this concept can be applied to.   In the near future, we plan to role out similar quizzes across many different pop culture and entertainment related categories to further expand our user base and provide the opportunity for gamers outside of the sports world to get a piece of the action.

 

Projected Revenue Stream

According to to Flurry Analytics, mobile gaming applications in the United States are expected to realize an incremental 27% increase in active users each year until the year 2017.  We have used that research and applied the assumption to the following graphics.
