Barneys New York Digital Marketing Internship
During the summer of 2014, I worked as a Digital Marketing Intern for luxury retailer Barneys New York in New York City. My focus in digital marketing was primarily on affiliate marketing and display banners. I performed research through Google Analytics to seek new affiliate partnerships and build Barneys online marketing programs. Another large part of my internship was conducting an in-depth competitive analysis on the digital presence of luxury retailers. I used this analysis to provide actionable recommendations in a presentation to the Barneys web team during a website redesign. Overall, I gained valuable experience about how various web marketing departments work together in creating and executing a digital marketing strategy.
