Assurance and Technology Control Services Staff I
EisnerAmper is a mid-size accounting and advisory firm. Starting in July, I will be working in Eisner’s Philadelphia office working in audit, specifically on their assurance technology control service team (ATCS). As a Staff 1, I will work on consulting engagements related to SOC readiness and SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISO, NIST and general cybersecurity security assessments. In this role I will assist on various engagements by annotating documents as well as viewing company controls to ensure they are compliant. In this job I will be using various skills that I learned in the MIS program. For example, sometimes companies send in pictures of SQL admin tables or of Lambda code. Classes such as Cloud Architecture and Web Service have helped me understand SQL and Lambda which will aid in comprehending various code that companies send.
