Managing
In my last year as a junior golf instructor, I was viewed as one of the more experienced instructors. This meant that when one of the club pros had to step away from teaching for a certain period of time I would often be asked to continue with the group of golfers until the pro that I was with got back.
Mediating
With the age range of the junior golfers being from around 10 to 17, sometimes the behavior of the younger kids would not reflect how golf is supposed to be played in regards to treating fellow players so I would have to keep them on track in this sense.
Mentoring
Since I was one of the more experienced instructors, the newer more inexperienced workers would come to me with questions or concerns about the job or about something that they were asked to do.
