Preparation is not a one-time effort but an ongoing process involving continuous risk assessments, training, and commitment. This course emphasized the importance of strong coordination and clear communication during a crisis to ensure that teams remain aligned and can act quickly when a crisis occurs. Continuous improvement is critical, whether that&#8217;s through testing and updating, as well as refining crisis management plans based on lessons learned through table-top exercises or through incidents that have occurred. By ensuring continuous improvements, organizations can stay on top of ongoing cyber risks. Finally, this course highlighted the need to foster a culture of cyber resilience and the importance of employees&#8217; engagement in cybersecurity awareness and responsibilities, whether that&#8217;s through training or table-top exercises.
