Experience
From September 2012 to June 2013, I have been working for part time as a Manager in Sales and Customer Service Representative in Allstate Agency, while taking 15 credits at Temple University. My job responsibility included:
- Managing customers payments
- Informing customers about their renewal dates, cancellation dates, and other changes on their policies
- Collecting necessary documentations from the customers and keeping them in the file in required order
- Solving home owners policies’ issues with mortgage companies
- Managing Excel Spreadsheet of all existing and future potential customers
- Providing customers with necessary information
