The program provides analysts with the opportunity to rotate through three different eight-month assignments across areas such as Auto, Business Banking, Card Services, Consumer and Mortgage, Marketing &amp; Communications, and Data &amp; Analytics. Each rotation is structured to deliver hands-on experience with high-impact projects, leadership development training, and mentorship opportunities that build a strong foundation for long-term success at the firm.<\/p>\n<p>As I pursue my full-time offer, I am especially interested in rotations within <strong>Data &amp; Analytics across Consumer and Business Banking<\/strong>. My internship experience in Finance Data &amp; Insights has reinforced my passion for leveraging data to drive business strategy, improve customer experiences, and strengthen operational efficiency.
